Anyone can love exercising – it’s just a matter of finding what you love!

We all know that exercise leads to improved physical and mental health. The benefits are endless, but what if you’re someone who struggles to either get the motivation, doesn’t have the time, the money, or just isn’t interested in ‘exercising?’

Well given that time is a valuable asset these days, we thought we’d compile a list of ideas for you so you don’t have to spend hours thinking of alternatives. Check them out and let them inspire you!

Remember that you don’t need to begin straight away by doing hours of high intensity workouts. The people that succeed the most with exercising say that it’s fun – and that’s exactly how it should be for you too! Don’t do something just because it’s the latest fad!

Some of us here at Unfading Beauty found ourselves in this very position. Wanting to exercise, consciously understanding the benefits, but lost as to what to do – what would inspire us to keep moving forward. We figured out that exercise is completely fluid and ever changing.
